If a firm was constituted not for the specific term, any partner may, at any time, cause to dissolve the firm by providing a notice in writing to all the other partners. Unless there is an otherwise
consent between/among partners, the firm shall be deemed to have dissolved from the date as mentioned in the notice or, if such a date is not mentioned, from the date of the communication (service) of such a notice.
